President Debretsion Gebremichael (PhD) met today with the African Union Commission Special Envoy to the Horn of Africa, H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, in Tigray capital Mekelle. This is a typical indicator that there’s an ongoing peace deal between the Tigrayan and Ethiopian governments.
