The political differences of the leaders of the TPLF, which has been clear since last year, are spreading and endangering the peace and security of the people of Tigray. Efforts by the military leaders, religious leaders, and other civic associations to resolve the problem directly and indirectly have failed. At this time, our leaders have escalated the dispute that was confined under the fence of the party to the control of government power, and the peace and security of the people of Tigray has become more dangerous than ever before. It is clear that what is happening at this time will lead to an existential crisis that cannot be reversed if the action of the spirit of extinction is not stopped. Therefore, we have issued the following joint position statement in order to prevent the governmental system from being damaged due to disagreements between our political leaders, and for the safety and unity of our people.

1) While declaring that we have decided to strengthen our efforts to resolve the dispute between the political leaders, we are calling on our political leaders to be ready to resolve their differences in a peaceful and civilized manner by putting the interests of Tigray first.
2) Whether consciously or un consciously aggravating the political problem, be it government or private social media or regular media, we are reminding the users to maintain their professional dignity and have a balance scan.
3) Based on the saying that solving the problem should not be left to political actors to decide the next direction, we have decided to call a conference in Tigray soon, where all members of the society, such as civic associations, political parties, and the Tigray army, will take part in the discussion of our problems and the direction of Tigray.
4) Our people, both inside and outside the country, leaders of society and organizations, etc. We call on you to condemn actions and ideas that aggravate the instability so that you can be a part of the solution before this worrying situation escalates to a worse level.
5)As we believe that the conditions of the solution direction that the Tigray army issued to create an environment to solve the political dispute in a political, peaceful and legal manner by calming the political fever and tension, and the steps taken from the complicated phase we have entered, should be done according to law and justice, the political problem that has arisen will be quickly resolved and the politics of Tigray will return to We would like to inform you that we will do our part for this while expressing our belief.
